Tequila Volcan De Mi Tierra was created in 2017 in a volcanic region Jalisco in Mexico. It was here, more than 200,000 years ago, that a volcano aptly named Tequila erupted. The region of Jalisco owes its fertility to this eruption, and Volcan De Mi Tierra tequila owes its name, which translates as "territory of the volcano." Volcan is among a handful of tequilas that have their own distillery. This one is located near the Tequila Volcano and its production processes combine history and tradition with an innovative approach. Volcan De Mi Tierra is made from 100% blue agave and contains no additives. It is formed by combining the best agave from the two regions of Jalisco - Lowlands and Highlands, which makes it complex and elegant.
A blend of two terroirs, combining the herbal and spicy notes of Lowlands agave and the floral and fruity notes of Highlands agave. The silky texture is complemented by the fresh taste of grapefruit and delicate flashes of black pepper.
Enjoy chilled, on ice cubes or in one of the cocktails, for example La Valoma.
VOLCAN DE MI TIERRA 70 cl BLANCO
4 cl Volcan De Mi Tierra Blanco
2 cl lime juice
2 cl of agave syrup
4 cl fresh grapefruit juice
a pinch of salt and sparkling water to top up.
Pour all ingredients into a tall glass filled with ice
and add a pinch of salt.
Top up with sparkling water and mix gently.
