Old Bert Winter Spiced is a distinctive winter spirit based on 100% Jamaican rum distillate from pot still distillation, which combines the character of Jamaica with the natural maceration of exotic spices, citrus fruits, and warming ingredients. It is part of the Old Bert Jamaican Spice collection, whose individual recipes represent various forms of spiced Jamaican spirits.
Winter Spiced is based on a rum distillate enhanced with 100% natural macerate. The recipe features Persian lime, orange peel, vanilla, cardamom, ginger, and cinnamon. The Trinidad Moruga Scorpion chili, one of the hottest varieties of chili peppers, adds a bold finishing touch.
The flavor is pleasantly sweet and spicy. The typical character of a Jamaican pot still spirit is complemented by fresh citrus, delicate vanilla, and gradually unfolding warming spices. The sugar content is 90 g/l, which contributes to a fuller-bodied and well-rounded profile.

The label is made of high-quality textured paper and wraps around the entire bottle.
About Albert Michler:
Albert Michler is one of the oldest rum brands from the former Austro-Hungarian Empire. It was founded in 1863 in Silesia, now part of the Czech Republic. In its heyday, it supplied rum and liqueurs to the imperial court and the Austro-Hungarian Navy, and became famous for its legendary herbal liqueur, “Original Buchsdorfer Magenbitter.”
After World War II, original production ceased, but the spirit of the brand lives on. Today’s Albert Michler Distillery operates in the United Kingdom, where it carries on the famous tradition and produces premium rums and liqueurs from the finest ingredients. The rums come from Jamaica, Barbados, Trinidad, Tobago, and the Dominican Republic; they are blended by hand in small batches and preserve the most valuable aspects of the brand’s historical legacy.
According to a well-known story, the name Old Bert was used by friends as a nickname for Albert Michler.
