Aging and origin:
This traditional rum comes from the Dominican Republic and is produced using the Sistema Solera 15 method, which ensures harmony between younger and older components. It is aged in used American and French white oak barrels, which gives it complexity and a delicately layered character.
Tasting profile:
Color: Tiger's eye.
Aroma: Candied fruit, sugar cane, fresh pastries, butter caramel, toasted oak wood, and an elegant vanilla finish.
Taste: Slightly sweet, smooth, and balanced, with a long-lasting finish.
Opthimus Res Laude 15Y Sistema Solera is a rum with a refined expression and a long finish, showcasing the typical style of the entire range – smoothness, a sweeter profile, and an emphasis on harmony. It is suitable for slow sipping on its own, as well as a representative bottle for the collection of Caribbean rum lovers.

OLIVER & OLIVER is distinguished by its innovative approach to rum aging, which is based on an adaptation of the traditional Spanish solera method. At least twice a year, they select and blend mother rums that form the basis for the next production cycle.
Most OLIVER & OLIVER rums are produced in limited and numbered editions, which gives each bottle exclusivity and increases its collector's value. This approach emphasizes the family heritage and artistry that goes into every stage of production.
