Why blue? This gin was created in collaboration between TŌSH Distillery and the Ostrava bar Modrá myš. It is thus a tribute to all bartenders who know how to take care of their guests and know what is best for a cocktail.
Similar to the classic TŌSH Gin, the basis for blue gin is juniper, citrus, poppy and rosehip. These botanicals are complemented by sedum, fresh ginger and a plant called clitoris, which is the source of the deep blue color.
At TŌSH Distillery, they left nothing to chance and, in collaboration with the bartenders, composed a gin that no cocktail would be ashamed of. Beautiful shades of blue-violet color remain in the glass until the last sip.
