The production of lavender gin is known for its complexity, as the key to perfection is adding the exact amount of lavender. Too much lavender can turn the gin into an unpleasantly soapy taste, reminiscent of hotel soap. The distillers, however, have mastered this challenge with aplomb.
This gin offers a harmonious symphony of flavours, beautifully combining fresh lavender notes with a rich profile of 5 citrus fruits, aromatic juniper and a hint of pungent pepper.
Thanks to the natural colouring from the clary sage herb, the gin also boasts a unique colour, but one that requires consumption within a few months as it fades with time.
