Svachovka Plum Brandy is made from plums of the traditional Domácí velkoplodá variety, grown in the Lhenice fruit-growing region. This very old variety is prized for its distinctive and classic plum flavor, which modern cultivars struggle to replicate. The fruit is left to ripen as long as possible, then carefully sorted and pitted by hand.

Production:

During production, the fruit ferments for at least 60 days. A small amount of pits is also added to the mash, which helps create the gently almondy and pleasantly rounded character of the final distillate. After very slow distillation, the slivovice is aged for at least 120 days to achieve a smoother and more balanced flavor.

The result is a spirit with a distinct expression of classic plums, complemented by notes of hazelnuts. Thanks to the gift box and two glasses, the set is suitable as a representative gift, a token of appreciation for a business partner, or for a proper home tasting.
