Dictador Párrafo is a limited edition of vintages personally selected and created by Dictador master mixer Hernan Parra. This piece of work over many years has borne fruit in the form of a collection of excellent rums aged in American oak with a surface treatment of Sherry and Port casks. The excellent quality of the rums in this range is a testament to the craftsmanship of the Parra family and their multi-generational experience.
Aroma: Manuka honey adds an earthy sweetness and deep complexity. There are notes of freshly polished oak and some blood orange. Cinnamon and a little brown sugar.
Taste: Slightly dry on the palate with notes of dark chocolate, cocoa
powder and hints of ginger spice. This will develop into ripe red apples.
Conclusion. Patchouli lingers with an undertone of ground black pepper and cinnamon.
