Dictador Párrafo is a limited edition of vintages personally selected and created by Dictador master mixer Hernan Parra. This piece of work over many years has borne fruit in the form of a collection of excellent rums aged in American oak with a surface treatment of Sherry and Port casks. The excellent quality of the rums in this range is a testament to the craftsmanship of the Parra family and their multi-generational experience.
Aroma: Heather honey with hints of cloves, spices and some sandalwood. Ginger chips, strawberry jam and caramel fudge. Orange peel, plum pudding and roasted figs.
Palate: Some notes of palo santo, honeyed figs, sweet cocktail cherries, oak spice and lemon zest with a hint of honey.
Finish: Spicy note with earthy notes and a touch of red chili. Long and warm.
