Production:
The rum is made by blending distillates from sugarcane and molasses. It was aged for ten years in American oak barrels and in oak barrels sourced from the Mexican state of Chiapas. The long aging has imparted notes of fruit, maple syrup, vanilla, dark sugar, nuts, and matured wood.
