Opened in 1957 in Favero, an ancient village in the middle of the Cembra valley, the Italian family-run Pilzer distillery is today one of the most prestigious distilleries not only in Trentino but in the whole of Italy. Under the direction of brothers Bruno and Ivan Pilzer, it produces a wide and highly qualified range of grappas, spirits and fruit spirits. Throughout its history, the distillery has won medals, awards and recognition at many of the most important national and international competitions in the sector.
A varietal grappa made from the pomace of Pinot Nero (Pinot Noir) grapes from the Trentino region.
It has an interesting aroma and a pleasant long-lasting taste. It is a good example of olfactory and taste balance.
