At the heart of the distillery is the distillation column from Arnold Holstein, a producer with over 50 years of tradition. This modern piece of distillation technology allows Garage22 to produce pure and intensely aromatic spirits.

Andrew, the head distiller, is focused on discovering new flavours and combinations, and enjoys fermentation and developing unique flavours and aromas. Martin is responsible for customer communications and the business side of the distillery, which includes maintaining relationships and brand development.
