Subtlety contained in a single bottle aged in American Oak with Port and Sherry casks finish, this lyrical masterpiece of flavor seduces with its literalness. This is further evidence of multigenerational talent coming from the Parra family home.
TASTING NOTES
Nose: Blood orange, strawberry and walnuts in honey. A hint of smoked figs and some depth from dates and rounded black cherry notes.
Palate: The black cherry takes on the bulk of the flavour, with some lovely spices underpinning the fruity notes, and a top note of flamed orange peel.
Finish: Some bitter orange with notes of cracked black pepper
