XO Founders Reserve is a blend of 50% rum from Long Pond Distillery and Fifty percent from Clarendon Distillery.
The rums have undergone tropical aging in American oak barrels in Jamaica, and finally lay in Pedro Ximenez cherry barrels for an additional six months. Bentley & Cooper X.O. Founders Reserve is a premium aged rum with smooth and well-balanced fruit flavours. The rum has a rich amber brown color and a complex aroma with flavors of vanilla, caramel and tropical fruits like mango and orange. On the palate there are well-rounded flavours with a lovely smooth aftertaste on the finish.
