GALLI Greengage is an exclusive limited edition spirit made from the unique variety of Renkloda green confectionery small, which is now considered a real rarity. Thanks to the discovery of an old orchard with these unique fruits in 2020, this unique Greengage was created, a smooth, honey-sweet spirit with a distinctive aroma.
Every step of the process, from fermentation without pips, to two years of maturation in stainless steel tanks, to bottling in May 2023, has been carefully managed to bring out the unique character and flavour of this gem. The result is a limited series of 323 500ml bottles, 60 200ml bottles and 100 50ml bottles, offered as an exceptional treat for lovers of rare spirits.
Greengage 45% is an example of Galli Distillery's commitment to offering a 100% natural product without artificial colours, flavours or flavourings.
We recommend storing and consuming it at around 18°C to fully enjoy its rich aroma and flavour. Be aware that temperatures below 8°C may cause slight cloudiness due to the precipitation of the aromatic oils, which is a natural sign of quality.
