But it's not just a sweet juice - the addition of cane spirit and 21% alcohol makes it a flavour-balanced liqueur.

Flavor notes:
The fresh taste of ripe cherries permeates the entire liqueur, and their acidity, along with the sugar and the combination of high molasses alcohol and cane spirit, blend perfectly.

Serving:

It is best enjoyed on its own, when its pleasant aroma and taste stand out. It is also excellent with a drier tonic or citrus juice. In winter we recommend Griotte Jenčík hot, prepared in the form of grog, and in summer you can also enjoy it as a topping for ice cream sundaes.

Jenčík a dcery is a Czech family-owned distillery whose roots date back to 1878. The craft of distilling has been associated with the Jenčík family for four generations, and today the brand continues a long tradition of producing high-quality spirits, fruit distillates, liqueurs, and original spirits. The family business Jenčík a dcery itself was founded in 1991, when Ing. Petr Jenčík built on the experience he had gained in the field and began establishing his own production.

The distillery is characterized by an emphasis on honest craftsmanship, high-quality ingredients, and carefully followed recipes. Although it uses modern technology in production, it still places great emphasis on human oversight, experience, and a keen sense of the final flavor. If ingredients of the required quality are not available, the distillery would rather slow down or temporarily halt production than compromise on its standards.
