The wine has a deep ruby colour and aromas of red fruits such as cherries, raspberries and strawberries, with hints of spice and oak barrels. On the tongue, the tannins are full and smooth with a pleasant acidity and subtle notes of vanilla and cocoa. The wine is well balanced with a long and elegant finish.
Baron P. de Rothschild Bordeaux is ideal for grilled meats, cheeses and savoury dishes. It is recommended to serve at 16-18 °C.
