Bohemia Demi Sec is a popular quality sparkling sparkling wine produced in the traditional method in Stary Plzenec. Taste: A semi-sweet sparkling wine with balanced acidity that offers a medium-bodied body with delicate floral notes and fresh fruit nuances.

Nose: Floral and fresh, with hints of ripe strawberries and other red fruits complemented by citrus and white floral notes.

Production process:

Bohemia Demi Sec is made from carefully selected white wines that are assembled into a base cuvée according to the original recipe. In the traditional method process, a tirage liqueur and yeast are added to the cuvée for secondary fermentation in the bottle, creating the characteristic bubbles. The sparkling wine is aged on the yeast lees for a minimum of 9 to 36 months, ensuring its unique flavour and aroma.

Serving and pairing with food:

• Serving: The recommended serving temperature is 4-6 °C. The Sekt should be served in tulip-shaped glasses for the best taste experience.
• Pairing with food: Excellent as an aperitif or accompaniment to light desserts, fruit salads or even cold starters and light cheese dishes.
