Production process and aging:

The production of this vermouth begins with Sauvignon, a French white wine, and Jacquère, a local wine, which provide the base for the maceration of the botanicals and spices. The uniqueness of Vermouth Routin Original Rouge is further enhanced by a patented aging process where exactly 50% of the finished product is aged in oak barrels, ensuring perfect balance and depth of flavor.
