Since its foundation, the distillery has strived to preserve traditional Alpine recipes and production techniques, making it a true guardian of the region's culture and culinary heritage.

Composition and Production:

Vermut Routin Blanc is made from carefully selected Sauvignon white wine and local Jacquère wine. A blend of 18 plants, flowers and spices are added to the wines and macerated for several weeks to allow the flavours to fully develop and combine. Key ingredients include thyme, which gives the vermouth its characteristic herbal and spicy notes.

Vermut Routin Blanc is characterised by its very sweet taste and its light yellow colour, which gives it its distinctive character.
