P31 Aperitivo Green is a fine aperitif born in the heart of the ancient Republic of Venice, the cradle of the famous Spritz. This light, low-alcohol aperitif is carefully crafted from a pickle of selected aromatic herbs and spices that give the drink its distinctive profile.

The production of P31 Aperitivo Green begins with the infusion of bitter herbs and roots in small macerators at a controlled temperature of 40 °C. A total of 31 selected ingredients, including bitter and sweet orange, mandarin orange, cinnamon, ground acorn, and many others, remain in the water bath with alcohol for approximately 5 weeks. Sugar syrup is then added to the final product, giving the aperitif a sweeter nuance and balance. The product is then filtered to give it a bright green, clear and crystalline form.

P31 Aperitivo Green is characterised by its inimitable taste, which harmoniously balances the herbal infusions and essences. Its aroma is dominated by a typical blend of herbs and essences, including strong sensations of bitter herbs and citrus notes from orange. This aperitif offers the perfect balance between sweetness and bitterness, making it an ideal choice to start an evening or as a refreshing accompaniment to lunch.

How to prepare Green Spritz?

• Drops of lime
• Three parts P31 Aperitivo Green
• Three parts Prosecco
• One part soda or sparkling water
• Garnish with lime

Preparation: Put in ice, three parts P31, three parts Prosecco, one part soda or sparkling water and a splash of lime. Garnish with a lime or a slice of apple or cucumber and rosemary.
