GRIČ plum brandy is a unique distillate from the "noble" Stanley variety, which is considered one of the most important in the range due to its noble behaviour during processing. During fermentation, this plum forms a crust on the surface that seals it hermetically and allows it to wait patiently for its time.
GRIČ plum brandy is made from Stanley plums, which ripen late and are rich in aroma and flavour thanks to the long hours of sunshine. Temperature-controlled and gentle fermentation preserves the subtle and typical fruit notes, which are maximised in the spirit.
Aroma and flavour: It has a juicy and varietally pure aroma that is a balanced combination of pulp and stone. The distillate carries aromas of fully ripe fruit and elegant almond notes that add depth and complexity to each sip.

The recommended temperature for serving and storage is 16-18 °C. At temperatures below approximately 7 °C, the spirit may become slightly cloudy due to the precipitation of aromatic oils, which is a natural phenomenon that does not affect quality or taste.

Grič distillery works with two hand-wrought, all-wrought, all-copper, single-boiler sets with a three-volume distillation column of 300 and 200 litres. These units allow the natural characteristics of the raw materials to be preserved and exploited to the maximum.
Grič distillery offers proven classics such as varietal plum and mead, as well as the latest gin, which is prepared with careful attention to the correct proportions and measurements to ensure a harmonious result. Each batch is produced in small, limited quantities to ensure the maximum quality of Grich spirits.
