The recommended temperature for serving and storage is 16-18 °C, which allows for optimal development of aroma and flavour. At temperatures below about 7 °C, the spirit may become slightly cloudy due to the precipitation of aromatic oils, which is a natural phenomenon and does not affect the quality of the drink.

Grič distillery works with two hand-wrought, all-wrought, all-copper, single-boiler sets with a three-volume distillation column of 300 and 200 litres. These units allow the natural characteristics of the raw materials to be preserved and exploited to the maximum.

Grič distillery offers proven classics such as varietal plum and mead, as well as the latest gin, which is prepared with careful attention to the correct proportions and measurements to ensure a harmonious result. Each batch is produced in small, limited quantities to ensure the maximum quality of Grich spirits.
