In the delicate and balanced taste of a sweeter character you will feel the quality of selected malts and quality heavily fired oak barrels. You will detect notes of vanilla, caramel and candied fruit in both the aroma and the taste. In this barrel-finished version, the whisky is finished in fortified Portuguese Port casks, which leave a noticeable taste of raisins, nutty notes and dried pineapple.
