In the delicate and balanced taste of a sweeter character you will feel the quality of selected malts and quality heavily fired oak barrels. You will detect notes of vanilla, caramel and candied fruit in both the aroma and the taste. In this barrel-finished version, the whisky is finished in French cognac casks, which gives it the overall smoothness and smoothness of cognac with aromas of prunes and other autumn fruits. The whisky finishes with hints of liquorice mixed with notes of wet leaves and a subtle spicy cayenne pepper aroma mellowed by candied fruit.
