Thomas Dyntar Rum Caribbean is a premium rum from the Dominican Republic, produced and aged according to traditional methods. This rum is aged in quality white oak barrels that previously contained American bourbon. Such casks allow the rum to absorb the deep vanilla notes and create its unique character. The next stage of maturation takes place in the warehouse, where the rum is stored in Original Trebic whisky casks. This step enhances its sweetness and adds complex layers of flavours that include caramel and honey.

At Thomas Dyntar distillery, they take the production of spirits very seriously. They produce whisky exclusively from Moravian malts, following traditional period practices that include natural mash fermentation and careful distillation.
They are one of the few distilleries in the region to produce kosher whisky and kosher gin. These products are distilled and aged in accordance with ritual Jewish regulations, a reference to the rich history of Jewish distilling in Trebic.
