This eight-year-old single malt has been carefully crafted by Master Distiller Billy Walker, who has used his extensive experience to innovate in cask selection. The result is a truly exceptional whisky that demonstrates the sophistication of mature sherry character that characterises Speyside spirits.

Tasting Profile:

Colour: Sunset Bronze. 

Nose: Intense aromas of heather honey and butterscotch are complemented by cinnamon, followed by waves of ginger, toasted almonds and mocha.

Flavour: Sweet notes of dried sultanas and butterscotch combine with cinnamon, mint and honeycomb to create a rich and layered flavour profile.

Alcohol content: 46 %. 
Volume: 700 ml.  
Age: 8 years.  
Aging: Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks, virgin oak barrels, and red wine barrels.  
Region: Speyside, Scotland
