This release stands out for its rich palette of flavours and aromas derived from carefully selected cask types, the result of Billy Walker's mastery of the art of wood management.
Tasting Profile:
Colour: Intense rich mahogany.
Aroma: Rich and complex with notes of mocha, nutmeg and walnut oil, complemented by heather honey, sweet raisins and dried red berries, creating a rich and multi-layered nose.
Taste: Intense and rich with dominant notes of cinnamon spice and molasses, complemented by honeycomb and ginger, followed by notes of dark chocolate, nutmeg and fennel, adding depth and complexity to this whisky.
Finish: Lingering and full-bodied, with pronounced spicy notes that gradually move into a sweet and smooth finish.
