Tasting Profile:

Colour: Intense rich mahogany. 

Nose: Complex waves of honeycomb, orange peel and melon with fig syrup, mocha and poached orchard fruit. Notes of cinnamon and butterscotch add richness and depth.

Flavour: Full and layered with hints of cocoa, heather honey and baking spices. Sweet notes of dried red berries and Black Forest gâteau lead into a finale of maraschino cherries and aniseed.

Alcohol content: 58.6 %.
