Distilled since 1946, legal since 2001. Over 70 years of authenticity, dedication, integrity and perseverance - that's what it takes to become the country's first official state spirit, the Official State Spirit of Alabama.
Brilliant amber color. Vibrant with scents of honeycomb, dried fruit and vanilla bean. Accents of star anise, dried flowers, leather and black pepper. The palate presents rich dried orange peel, brown baking spices and buttery cookies. Full-bodied with generous fruit and spice notes and a dry, peppery finish.
Nose: Floral notes, honeysuckle, apricot, oiled leather, aniseed and vanilla wafers.
Palate: Spice and citrus notes dominate the first taste, followed by cinnamon bark and shortbread cookies.
