Master Distiller Billy Walker, with over 50 years of experience, once again demonstrates his talent for cask selection and combination, which allows this whisky to achieve exceptional depth and complexity. Aged in carefully selected cask types, this ten year old whisky offers a rich sherry profile that is typical of the GlenAllachie brand.
Tasting profile:
Colour: Intense mahogany.
Aroma: Aromas of ripe red berries and hazelnuts, accompanied by heather honey, with notes of orchard fruit, cinnamon spice and ginger biscuits.
Flavour: The palate profile is full of notes of dark chocolate and honeycomb, with caramelised demerara sugar, melon, mocha and ginger, leading to a plum and caramel-filled finish.
Alcohol content: 58.1%.

Age: 10 years.
Aging: Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso barrels, American Virgin oak and Rioja wine barrels.
