Production process:
Endorphin Lemon Demon Gin is made by traditional draught distillation of neutral white spirit in which a blend of juniper, coriander and 17 other local and exotic herbs and spices are macerated for 40 hours. To achieve a rich citrus profile, the gin undergoes infusion in our unique vaporization chamber where the citrus herbs and peels are carefully arranged in layers, allowing for maximum transfer of flavors and aromas into the spirit.
