Production:
The rum comes from Barbados and is produced at the Stade’s West Indies Rum Distillery, which was founded in 1893 on Brighton Beach. Part of the blend is also produced in the historic Old Gregg’s copper still from 1850, underscoring the brand’s strong connection to the traditional craft of rum-making. Aging begins in bourbon barrels, and the rum is then finished in cognac barrels, which imparts smoothness, roundness, and an elegant aromatic profile.
