Origin and Production:
It is based on a carefully selected blend of very aged, 100% Barbadian rums from the West Indies Rum Distillery. The rum is made from molasses, fermented for 3 to 5 days, and then distilled in both a double column still and a traditional pot still. Its final character is also shaped by a carefully planned aging process in various types of barrels, including new white oak barrels, ex-bourbon barrels, and Ferrand-style barrels. Each of these contributes to the depth, complexity, and elegant character of this exceptional blend.
