It is precisely thanks to the high proportion of 80% aguardiente that this edition has a rich and very distinctive character.

Behind its creation is César Martí, holder of the prestigious title Primer Maestro del Ron Cubano, who drew inspiration from 19th-century Cuban molasses distillates. The resulting blend is aged for at least 10 years and then matured for another 4 months in Sauternes wine barrels, which gives the rum a delicate honeyed roundness, notes of candied fruit, and an elegant spicy finish.
