GRIČ Brandy is a natural brandy based on honest craftsmanship, time, and pure ingredients. It is produced as an elegant and authentic distillate from red wine, which is gently distilled to preserve its natural properties. The brandy is then aged for three years in French oak barrels, which gives it a rich natural color, a fuller flavor, and a complex aroma.

The approach to production is also important: no shortcuts and no "improvements." You will find no caramel, artificial aromas, colorings, or flavors in the brandy—just pure distillate, oak aging, and a result that is based on the quality of the raw materials.

Grič distillery was founded in 2022 based on experience gained since 2018. Grič's mission is to bring you only the highest quality fruit distillates, with the daily challenge of capturing the essence of the true taste and aroma of fruit in every glass, where each distillate is not just ordinary alcohol, but a real delicacy containing a multitude of chemical compounds, flavors, and aromatic substances.

Grič distillery works with two hand-forged, all-copper single-boiler sets with a three-stage distillation column with a capacity of 300 and 200 liters. These devices allow us to preserve and make the most of the natural properties of the raw materials.

Grič distillery offers proven classics such as varietal slivovitz and medovitz, as well as the latest gin, which is prepared with careful attention to the correct proportions and measures to ensure a harmonious result. Each batch is produced in small, limited quantities to ensure the maximum quality of Grič spirits.
