This rich, complex single malt whisky takes its unique natural colour and character from oak casks after first filling with spiced sherries from Spain, handcrafted by master craftsmen from Jerez de la Frontera, the home of sherry. Using casks from a single cooperage ensures the consistent quality and unmistakable character that are the foundation of this exclusive single malt whisky.
NOSE: Intense aromas of raisins, dates and figs dominate the nose, complemented by sultanas and caramel apples; dry ginger and subtle cinnamon grace the edges of the palate, while dark chocolate and vanilla sweetness form a majestic backdrop.
TASTE: Rich fruitcake flavours of raisins, dates and figs, with hints of apple, sultanas, orange, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves. The oak notes are velvety soft and elegant, adding to the sophistication.
FINISH: Silky smooth finish with a long and full finish that leaves a lasting impression.
