Taste: Lightly amber coloured after a short time spent in barriques. Refined and elegant, it reminds the scent of bread, vanilla and pastry. In one’s mouth there are notes of chocolate and newly shelled almonds. It should be served at room temperature in wide balloon-type glasses. Ideal when coupled with foie gras, dark chocolate or chocolate based desserts. Perfect as a bases for fabulous cocktails.
