Dictador Párrafo is a limited edition of vintages personally selected and created by Dictador master mixer Hernan Parra. This piece of work over many years has borne fruit in the form of a collection of excellent rums aged in American oak with a surface treatment of Sherry and Port casks. The excellent quality of the rums in this range is a testament to the craftsmanship of the Parra family and their multi-generational experience.
Nose: toasted creme brûlée top, agave, bright yellow flowers, oaky hints of licorice on the nose.
Taste: Freshly baked rye bread, cinnamon spiced apple doughnuts. It has a certain earthiness with a spicy undertone. Top notes are led by apple. Also roasted hazelnuts.
Finish: Bitter orange, rhubarb and notes of grapefruit.
