This many years of work has borne fruit in the form of a collection of excellent rums aged in American oak and finished in sherry and port casks. Nose: Hints of ripe banana with some toasted coconut and red cherries. Licorice powder and nutmeg with hints of vanilla.
Taste: Light notes of coffee with cream, hints of banana chips (whipped cream, banana, vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce) and notes of red cherries.
Conclusion: Heather honey, light notes of lavender and sweet tea taste.
