Description
Creme de Cassis is a delicious fruit liqueur from the heart of the wine paradise of Dijon in Burgundy. It was created long ago by experienced winemakers to enhance dry, less aromatic and more acidic wines.
The basic ingredient of Cassis is blackcurrant juice. This gives the product its unmistakable, sparkly purple colour. It is a natural, chemically untouched product.

The main ingredient is the delicious taste of blackcurrant, which permeates the entire drink and makes it a real ladies' treat.
Serving method:
Best enjoyed on its own or in combination with a dry white or champagne wine. The world-famous recipe is based on Canon Kira, former mayor of Dijon.
Mix ⅓ to ¼ of the Creme de Cassis in a flat-bottomed wine glass and top with a chilled dry white wine, preferably Chardonnay or Aligoté.
