This unique drink is made from the wild-growing Dasylirion Leiophyllum, known for its robust structure and ability to withstand the harsh conditions of the northern Mexican Sierra Madre.

Appearance and design:

The 750ml bottle bears a modified portrait photo of Chihuahua's indigenous people on the label, paying homage to the local culture and its people. The design was carefully developed in collaboration with members of the Rarámuri community and a group of graphic designers, giving each bottle a distinctive and authentic character.

Tasting Profile:

Rarámuri Sotol Premium Bachawame is characterised by its aniseed and pine notes, which are artfully balanced with hints of wood and sour fruit nuances. The aroma is complex, reminiscent of fresh, damp earth and forest environments, while the taste is full-bodied, with a smooth, velvety mouthfeel that flows into a long, fruity and acidic finish.

Founded by Valeria Mayor Bussey, who inherited her passion for Mexican spirits from her father, the Rarámuri brand honours local traditions and since 2016 has brought to market spirits that are not only exceptional in taste but also culturally significant.
