Agalìa is an exclusive agave spirit that is an expression of passion and love for the unique Sicilian culture. Developed by a group of four friends with international experience in different fields, this product is the result of a dream turned into reality. Augusto, Davide, Federico and Michele, partners in the Agalìa Srl project, a company quickly recognised as an "innovative start-up", have committed themselves to creating a spirit that reflects technological sophistication and Sicilian tradition.

Product Profile:

Agalìa is a unique spirit made from agave sisalana and other plants typical of Sicily, such as citrus and prickly pear leaves. Each bottle is an expression of Italian excellence and an effort to elevate the culture, aromas and traditions of Sicily through an unconventional approach.

Appearance and design:

Each bottle is a masterpiece, decorated with a silk screen print of the Agalìa logo and a Caltagirone ceramic tile, made exclusively in Sicily. The tile, hand-applied to each bottle, shows a stylized profile of Sicily and is numbered, giving each package individuality and collectible value.

Tasting profile:

Colour: Clear and transparent with a slight hint of straw yellow.

Aroma: Intense and harmonious, with dominant notes of agave that gradually change to soft and fresh citrus and herbal nuances.

Taste: Full-bodied, soft and velvety. The characteristic agave notes are complemented by citrus and herbal accents that leave the mouth clean and fresh.
