The Six Isles Batch Strength is a distinctive Scottish blended malt whiskey that combines single malt whiskeys from all six of Scotland’s major whiskey islands: Islay, Skye, Orkney, Mull, Arran, and Jura. Each contributes its own character to the final blend, ranging from peat and sea salt to floral notes, fruit, and a subtle sweetness. The whisky is bottled at a high strength of 58% alcohol, offering an intense and full-bodied flavor profile.

Batch Strength is bottled unchill-filtered and without added color, so it retains the natural character of the malt whiskies used. The higher alcohol content accentuates the smoky, peaty, salty, and fruity layers. A few drops of water during tasting can help open up the individual aromas and flavors.

Tasting Profile:

Color: Natural, with no added colorants.

Nose: Fresh peaty smoke, coastal and slightly mineral notes, delicate vanilla, herbs, lime, and a hint of strawberries.

Palate: Rich, intense, and full-bodied, with pronounced smoke and a delicately sweet core. Notes of gooseberry, sweet citrus, salty, and floral notes emerge.

Finish: Long and peaty, with fruity and woody notes.
