Thanks to 25 months of maturation in a sherry cask, the whisky has gained additional depth, complexity, and elegant layering.

Tasting Profile:

Nose: Sea mist, white fish, slightly medicinal notes, herbs, banana, mango, passion fruit, papaya, coffee, and toasted bread.

Taste: Smoked fish, coastal notes, coffee, exotic fruits, and aromatic herbs.

Finish: Fresh herbs, light peat, exotic fruits, and roasted notes.
