Production:
The process begins with a nine-month fermentation of the mash, followed by a three-stage distillation at a controlled temperature. The distillate is then aged in barrels previously used for Cabernet Sauvignon from central France, specifically the Limousin, Allier, and Nevers regions. Exposure to air during aging helps develop depth and complexity, while protection from sunlight promotes a harmonious and mature character.
