Production:

The brandy is produced through a slow two-stage distillation process, which helps preserve the fruit’s typical character and highlight the natural aroma of the sour cherries. The fruit comes from the Bohemian Paradise region, giving the product a clear regional origin. The result is a pure fruit distillate with an alcohol content of 45%, suitable for slow sipping and for tasting varietal brandies.
