Radlík Wine oak barell is a premium barrel-aged grape spirit that the Radlík Distillery considers the flagship of its production. It builds on the success of the clear Vínovice, but thanks to aging in oak barrels, it acquires a deeper, smoother, and more refined character reminiscent of brandy or cognac.

Production:

Production is demanding and relies on the careful selection of grape varieties. Unlike conventional brandy production, the grapes are not pressed into must but only crushed. This is followed by temperature-controlled fermentation, gentle distillation, aging in oak barrels, and final blending across individual barrels and vintages. The result is a complex spirit with a delicate spicy aroma, a full-bodied fruity palate, and a long, chocolatey finish.

Awards:

Radlík Wine oak barell is one of the distillery’s most successful products. As early as 2017, it won a silver medal at the prestigious San Francisco World Spirits Competition, where it succeeded against cognacs from world-renowned brands. In 2022, it became the overall winner of the Spirits of the Year competition and earned the title of Champion across all spirits categories, including whiskey and gin. It subsequently confirmed its quality with a gold medal at the Spirits Selection by Concours Mondial de Bruxelles competition in Italy. It repeated its first-place finish at the Spirits of the Year competition in 2025.
