Svachovka Apricot is a delicate fruit spirit made from Velkopavlovická Apricot grown in South Moravia. This variety is prized for its distinctive aroma, sweetness, and characteristic apricot flavor. The result is a brandy that is highly aromatic, fruity, and refined.

Production:

Apricots are delivered to the Svach distillery gradually, depending on the weather and ripeness, to ensure the highest possible fruit quality and optimal sugar content. They are then sorted by hand, pitted, and fermented in stainless steel tanks with controlled cooling so that the fermentation temperature does not exceed 20 °C. Slow distillation then helps preserve the distinctive aroma of apricots and create a full-bodied yet delicate spirit.

Aroma: Very aromatic, distinctly apricot, with the typical character of ripe Velkopavlovická Apricot.

The composition consists solely of fruit distillate and distilled water.
