Svachovka Plum is a traditional fruit brandy made from the "Prunus domestica" variety, grown in the Svach distillery’s own orchards in the Lhenice fruit-growing region. This old plum variety is prized for its distinctive flavor, richness, and classic plum character, which is perfectly suited for producing authentic plum brandy.

Production:

The plums are left to ripen as long as possible to achieve optimal sweetness and aromatic maturity. After harvesting, they are carefully sorted and pitted by hand. Fermentation takes place for at least 60 days, and a small amount of pits is added to gently enhance the character. After distillation with a very slow start, the plum brandy ages for at least 120 days to round out the flavor and ensure a smoother, more balanced final expression.

Aroma: Distinctly plum-like, with the character of the traditional "Prunus domestica" variety.

Taste: Full-bodied, fruity, and typically plum-like, with a pleasant influence from a small amount of pits in the mash.
