GRIČ Pear is a premium distillate from the Williams variety, which is the result of precise work and careful processing at GRIČ Distillery. This variety is ideal for the production of brandy due to its strongly aromatic and juicy flesh, which provides plenty of sugar and requires great attention and correct timing of the harvest.
Williams pears are carefully picked, de-stemmed and mashed at GRIČ Distillery, ensuring optimal conditions for fermentation. Subsequent distillation is aimed at preserving the rich and natural aroma of the pears. The distillate is then aged in special stainless steel tanks for a minimum of 6 months, ensuring its balance and depth of flavour.
GRIČ Pear is reminiscent of biting into a juicy, ripe and golden yellow pear. It is characterised by its exceptionally fruity flavour and complex aroma that leaves a lasting impression on the palate.

The recommended temperature for serving and storage is 16-18 °C. At lower temperatures, approximately below 7 °C, the spirit may become slightly cloudy due to precipitation of aromatic oils, which is a natural phenomenon and does not affect the quality of the spirit.

Grič distillery works with two hand-wrought, all-wrought, all-copper, single-boiler sets with a three-volume distillation column of 300 and 200 litres. These units allow the natural characteristics of the raw materials to be preserved and exploited to the maximum.
Grič distillery offers proven classics such as varietal plum and mead, as well as the latest gin, which is prepared with careful attention to the correct proportions and measurements to ensure a harmonious result. Each batch is produced in small, limited quantities to ensure the maximum quality of Grich spirits.
